In your role, you will:

1. Manage the integration of manufacturing solutions for the value chains of Saint-Laurent
2. Establish and understand the needs and priorities of your customers
3. Prepare and lead workshops with multidisciplinary teams
4. Design and implement facility layouts according to world-class standards
5. Maintain clear and effective communication at different hierarchical levels in the organization
6. Coordinate the various resources involved in the execution of the project
7. Identify, manage risks and help solve project problems and obstacles
8. Document the successes and opportunities
9. Provide project feedback to the clients
10. Participate in the improvement of existing processes

As our ideal candidate, you:

• Have an engineering degree or DCS in a related field, as well as two (2) to five (5) years of experience in Industrial Engineering and/or Manufacturing
• Are organized, recognized for your leadership and have demonstrated the ability to mobilize various work teams
• Are proficient in AutoCAD (2D) et Inventor (3D) software
• Adopt best practices in Project management
• Have the ability to work under pressure and meet your commitments
• Are bilingual and demonstrate communication skills both oral and written (French and English)
• Are able to work with a minimum of supervision
• Demonstrate negotiation, analysis and resolution skills
• Have initiative, concern for a job well done and make customer satisfaction your priority
