KingFisher Boats is looking to add full-time and part-time production workers in our various production departments. These opportunities do not require previous experience in production work as we are looking for good people to add to a team-first environment. What will you do? Various opportunities in all stages of production. Each of the points Operate CNC Routers and Hydraulic Brake Presses (Cutting & Forming department); Weld, fabricate, and pre-drill options into aluminum hulls (Welding department); Prepare boats for painting through media blasting, buffing, sanding, grinding processes (Paint Prep department); Painting of boats (Paint department); Assemble and install various components and systems into boats (Assembly department); Conduct quality control checks throughout the build process (all departments); Follow all applicable KingFisher Boats and WorkSafeBC Occupational Health & Safety regulations. What do you need to succeed? NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED - A willingness to learn as we will provide necessary training on tool usage and build processes; Previous experience in manufacturing or boat building is an asset, but not required; Mechanical aptitude and competency with hand and power tools is an asset but not required; High attention to detail is required in order to achieve quality standards.
