The Assistant Retail Store Leader is responsible for supporting the Store Leader in the day to day operations of their Rocky Mountain Soap location and leading the customer and employee experience within. In the absence of the Store Leader, their accountability is the complete and seamless operations of the store location and ensuring that the customer and employee experience is engaging and authentic. This role includes partnering with the Store Leader in identifying and executing initiatives to grow revenue, customer engagement and employee performance so their location performs to maximum potential.
