Key Responsibilities The Public Safety Radio team within Bell is seeking an individual that enjoys working directly with customers and in an autonomous and a diverse environment. This individual will lead a team that plans, designs, builds, and operates networks providing managed services for Public Safety and Commercial users. The Radio team expects its employees to be engaged to deliver a superior quality of service and promptness expected by our customers. Reporting to the Director, National Radio Engineering & Operations, the successful candidate will lead a team of Radio Engineers and Radio Specialists accountable to develop solutions for our Public Safety and Commercial Radio Networks. The Senior Manager will have the following accountabilities/responsibilities: Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization and present in front of senior executives and our customers. Lead a technical team from initial solution development and costing through to successful implementation for our customers Foster a strong partnership with cross functional teams enabling successful project execution and delivery Work closely with internal stakeholders to forecast and deliver project and financial results University degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or Finance Experience managing budgets, forecasting, and provide guidance to others for cost containment Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication and project/time management skills Experience in P25, DMR, Tetra, and LTE is an asset French is an asset Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
