Our reputable Ottawa client is looking for a Senior AV Technician to join their team Immediately (Onsite). Under the direction of the IT Manager of Client Technologies, the selected candidate will be responsible for leading and supporting the implementation of several MS Teams Rooms instances, Video Conferencing and Digital Media applications. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a collaborative and dynamic setting where your AV expertise will be crucial in the successful delivery of this project. Supporting the MS Teams rooms set up including technical support Leading and implementing all aspects of the BrightSign implementation including support after go-live Planning, Architecture, Vendor Management, and creation of support documentation Provide courteous, professional, and quality service to staff Experience with Crestron and Brightsign or other digital display software Experience with Video Walls (Software and Hardware) and User Interfaces Knowledge of Mac OS and hardware as well as MS Windows Operating Systems (Windows 10, Windows 2012R2/16), server hardware and software, MS Office products such as O365 Excellent communication and customer service skills including patience and diplomacy If you are already registered with us, please contact your Senior Recruiter.
