Senior Full Stack Developer

HouR client, a fast-growth digital performance agency based in Toronto and known for its tech-forward approach, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer.

We are looking for passionate coders, interested in joining a fun and professional team!

As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will collaborate closely with Project Managers to understand client requirements for web or mobile projects. The ideal candidate should be a self-motivated individual with a passion for development and a strong understanding of front-end and back-end technologies.

You will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying software applications, working collaboratively with other teams and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met, and innovative solutions are delivered.

This is a fast-paced environment where the ideal candidate must be comfortable handling multiple tasks simultaneously and possess a strong work ethic committed to achieving results.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Collaborate with project managers, developers and senior architects to complete development projects.
• Maintain a detail-oriented approach and demonstrate a thorough understanding of technical requirements.
• Ensure all tasks and projects undergo comprehensive quality assurance checks for accuracy and completeness before being handed off.
• Ensure that projects are completed within the designated timeline.

What We Are Looking For

• Possess 3+ years of hands-on experience in NodeJS, NextJS, NestJS, React, Angular, or Express.
• Demonstrate a solid understanding of TypeScript and JavaScript.
• Knowledge of utilizing Azure and/or AWS, and/or GCP is essential.
• Proficiency in Dev Containers (VSCode) and Docker is critical.
• Possess a solid understanding of CMS platforms (such as WordPress, Kentico, Umbraco, Drupal, etc.), preferred.
• Proficient with Git or a similar tool.
• Experience with full-cycle development is necessary.
