Reporting to the CEO, the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) is responsible for our marketing strategy, driving brand awareness, traffic, and growth through our channels.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, direct and motivate staff
• Collaborate with internal and external clients and partners
• Manage marketing budget and show project ROI
• Lead strong cross-functional workstreams between Marketing and cross-functional partners, including Product, Creative, Operations & Supply Chain, Retail and Digital to ensure that we're continually improving how we drive our Marketing strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent 7-10 years of relevant experience
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Marketing expertise and experience

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $75,000.00-$150,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
