We are recruiting for a Paralegal to join our successful and growing corporate practice. This role is a full-time in office permanent position. The firm offers a competitive compensation package with benefits and pension available. All aspects of corporate and commercial deals from start to finish focusing on corporate reorganizations, implementation of tax driven transactions, business succession planning, general and annual corporate resolutions, and business advice to our existing and new corporate clients. Assist in preparing and administering commercial leasing agreements, financing transactions and contract and business enterprise matters. Assists with negotiating and drafting of shareholder, partnership, and numerous other commercial agreements. Licensed and in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in the corporate and commercial field.
