We are looking for an organised, energetic and motivated individual to join our fast paced support team. The role will be front of house and will include:

• Meeting and greeting clients
• Liaising with team members to assist with queries
• Management of diaries, meeting rooms and front of house
• Manage office supplies & orders for the firm
• Processing incoming emails
• Working to strict timescales
• Preparing daily reports
• Daily use of CRM system
• Assisting team members during holidays & absences

As care is at the core of Scullion LAW, care for our work internally is very important and the Receptionist will be required to deliver a high level of service for the firm:

• Have experience of call handling
• Have knowledge of I.T. Systems
• Have a high attention to detail
• Demonstrate organisational skills
• Be able to prioritise workload
• Be flexible with given tasks for the team
• Be able to work independently and as a team
• Demonstrate problem solving skills
• Be driven and passionate for the role
