Administrative support: Responsible for all order entry in SAP. Responsible for New item master data creation submissions. Operational support: Coordinate with internal departments, service providers, and suppliers to ensure on-time deliveries in full. Troubleshoot all customer questions, concerns or complaints, and involve necessary parties. Build and maintain business relationship with customers by providing prompt and accurate service so as to promote customer loyalty.
