Maintain efficient processes for responding to client inquiries communicated via telephone, in-person, and/or email. Assist with day-to-day operations and administrative support for the program. 1 years of experience in a secretarial or office administration role is an asset. ~ Excellent proficiency with MS Office 365 is an asset. ~ Sensitivity to and an understanding of barriers to employment faced by immigrants, refugees, and other disadvantaged groups.
