We are excited to hire a Sales Professional with a focus on Cleaning & Hygiene supplies. This is a full-time position, with exceptional benefits and an opportunity to become an important part of our rapidly growing company. This is a perfect position for someone who wants to grow and learn to manage both simple and complex sales. The role is clear: Build and execute a plan supported by strategy to grow your sales and margin to achieve your sales budget within your territory: This position is supported with a comprehensive on-boarding, training and mentoring program designed to help you make an immediate impact on growing your sales and gross margins.

Responsibilities:

You'll work towards growing your sales and gross margin for the regional Territories of Saskatoon by:

  • Identifying, qualifying and selling to new customers.
  • Introducing and selling product innovation to current customers.
  • Introducing and selling product categories to current customers who purchase elsewhere.
  • Replacing competitive products of non-preferred vendors with preferred vendor products.
  • Upselling current customers to new or replacement products available.
  • Introducing and implementing new services that help improve our customers business.
  • Develop, analyze, and execute performance plan
  • Complete all necessary administration in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Assist in the accounts receivable process as required.

Requirements:

  • A college or university degree or diploma
  • 1-3 years of experience of successful account sales experience.
  • Effectively deliver both verbal and written communication unscripted
  • An aptitude for organization
  • Strong selling skills
  • previous experience managing clients within the industrial and packaging industries considered an asset
  • Experienced with Outlook and the full suite of Microsoft products including Skype and Webex
  • Must have a vehicle and valid Driver's License
