In this role you will be responsible for performing detailed analysis of compensation program elements to enhance and optimize program performance and sustainability. Administering the job evaluation process, including maintaining job descriptions, and establishing classifications based on the job evaluation system and maintain the organization's job evaluation database. College or university education in Human Resource or a related field; ~ Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation or in progress would be considered an asset ~ CHRP Designation would be considered an asset ~ Excellent knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, formulas, etc.) ~ Experience with systems implementation projects is an asset.
