This is a position in the corporate Finance department. What we look for:
- 2-3 years in finance, ideally in the fitness industry or other multi-unit retail business
- Ability to multi-task.
- Efficient and effective communication skills, both online and in-person.
- Organized and detail oriented.
- Must have excellent Excel skills
Responsibilities to include:
- Work with executive team to create monthly financial reports, budgets and forecasts.
- Timely review vendor invoices and accounts payable and ensure that all are entered into online billing software.
- Monitor and reconcile all corporate credit card statements.
- Review monthly and quarterly P&L statements
- Oversee and manage landlords, monthly rents, and audit NNN fees.
- Oversee company payroll, monitor club budgets, and assist with data entry.
