Employees of Applied Behaviour Consulting receive free supervision for those pursuing BCBA certification. Senior Therapist case loads are kept small in order to provide additional opportunities for professional growth including but not limited to dedicated time for research and weekly group training. Senior therapists will work directly with the clinical supervisor while receiving hands on training.
Primary Purpose:
Applied Behaviour Consulting is seeking a BCBA or a Master's student working towards certification to provide focused/consultative ABA services to individuals and their families.
Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
· Completing assessments (examples include; IISCA, VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R)
· Report writing
· Parent/mediator training
· Working one-on-one with the individual receiving services
· Graphing
· Updating and maintaining client files
· Travelling to client's homes and community settings to provide in person services
· A vehicle is required for this position
· Professional liability insurance is required for this position
Required Experience:
· Experience providing and supervising ABA services
· Ability to work independently
· Master's degree or working towards a Master's Degree in an ABAI accredited graduate program
