Participate in the development and execution of the company brand(s), including brand marketing, trade marketing strategies and programs, as well as provide market analysis to enhance brand share an d positioning.
Key Responsibilities:

Take a lead role in the day to day management for key executional elements of all brand campaign projects including; Media, Creative, Sampling, Shopper, PR.

Build and develop clear communication internally (cross-functionally) and externally (with all agency partners) that give focused direction to develop programs that deliver against brand plans.

Analyze business results to ensure strategies and programs are effective and KPI objectives are being attained to maximize ROI.
-
Support product development process by assisting in packaging creative development; and take a lead role in supporting Brand Managers to build both internal and external sell-in materials.

Assist Sr. Brand Managers in building internal / external presentation materials such as National Sales Meeting and NPD launch decks.

Assist Sr. Brand Managers in the day to day brand budget management and tracking.

Participate in the development of brand marketing strategies as they relate to product,
price, promotion, place and positioning within the Canadian market.

Work with Sr. Brand Managers to assist in the development of the annual brand marketing
plans.

Create and update all data/sell sheets (retail & food service).

Maintain the asset library for all local Canadian brands.
Perform other duties as required.

Experience:
-
1-3 years experience in Brand Management within a Tier 1 CPG environment.

Experience in developing and executing marketing programs, brief writing, and overall P&L
-
Proven ability to deliver initiatives that have been realized and contributed significant gains in
capture of market share, revenue, and volume growth.

Excellent interpersonal skills and experience working across cross-functional teams.

Good strategic and analytic thinking skills. Comfortable utilizing data to support business decisions

Strong experience working within MS Office, PPT, Excel.

Working knowledge of Nielsen and market analytical tools.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Strong communication skills both written and oral.
