The role of the Project Manager is to be a consistent and reliable point of
contact for all correspondence with clients and trades.

Responsibilities

● Clear communication with office and administrative staff.
● Estimating small and large scale projects.
● Issuing estimates to clients within a reasonable time frame.
● Communicating with clients of the expected date of estimate and when the work could be completed.
● Ensuring the proper issuing of detailed work orders to all in house and sub-crews. These must accurately reflect all job details at a single glance.
● Daily project review and update jobs as progress is made.
● A full understanding, use and application of company software.
● Perform inspections within a reasonable time of the request.
● Issue inspection reports within 1 business day from the time of inspection.
● Attend client meetings and assist with determination of project requirements.
● Track the progress and quality of work being performed by design disciplines/trades
● For single-day jobs, review for completion (pictures, sign-offs, expenses, hour logs, completion notes, profit & loss)
● Review in-house technician hours for accuracy.
● Review all sub-trades estimates and invoices for accuracy, and approve for payment and remit to the office for editing/review.
● Must have a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

● WHMIS
● Occupational Health and Safety
● Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the field.
