The Product Director position requires product expertise to lead the product team to define and deliver cutting-edge digital products in a fast-paced agency environment. Defining and leading innovative and creative product solutions to meet client goals; - Working collaboratively with the Experience Design, Delivery, and Engineering teams to ensure successful project delivery; - Refining our Agile methodology and processes based on results and client feedback; - Collaborating closely with other agencies working with the client to ensure the ongoing success of the entire program; - Leading a team of Product Managers and Owners, helping them to develop and grow as product leaders. - Working on new business opportunities, both small project proposals and larger-scale RFPs.
