Along with a winning attitude and a mechanical aptitude for light duty equipment of all kinds, you are dependable, reliable, and while you can work independently in an efficient manner, you are also a team player. This position will involve light mechanical, wood working, electrical, plumbing, propane related repairs. This position will also have day to day responsibilities of organizing the shop, helping techs, hands on working on different projects. This job is very active from crawling under vehicles to climbing up ladders. Here's a few of the finer points that we'll also need you to bring to the table:

Education, Training, and Experience

· 1 year in the RV trade or 2 years or more in a trade that is related, like light duty mechanics, plumbing or wood working

Skill Requirements

● Mechanical aptitude, critical thinking and problem solving skills

● Experience with light mechanical, wood working, electrical, plumbing, propane related repairs

Core Duties & Responsibilities

· Detect & diagnose faults & malfunctions

· Adjust, repair or replace defective parts, components, or systems

· Perform routine maintenance

· Punctuality and a good attitude a must

· Light duty mechanical, plumbing, or woodworking experience
