Supportsday-to-day operations by performing administrative tasks for manager, department, or team. -Ensuresappropriate document control and compliance through filing, composing, and editing documents and reports for district office. -Assistswith planning meetings and events, including arranging for catering, booking locations, and distributing information. -Supportsmail distribution and courier requests. -Arranges travel, hotel, and car reservations and preparing travel itinerary. -Associates or bachelor's degree, diploma or certificate in office administration program considered an asset. -1 year of experience in an administrative role or equivalent technical experience. -Basic skills in Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Adobe, and OneNote.
