As the Senior Engineer Pipeline Integrity (PI) Planning, you will execute the core process on all threat management programs on assigned segments of the Enbridge Liquid Pipeline system. You will be responsible for ensuring the integrity plans are complete and crafted for achieving safety targets including zero rupture and zero leak targets.

Note: This is a temporary term of 12-18 months

What Will You Do:

  • Conduct pipeline integrity assessment and analysis and support data analyses supporting of the integrity programs, including analysis of in-line inspection and NDE field results.

  • Implement integrity management processes.

  • Lead data integration and records management activities.

  • Conduct validation and quality assurance of in-line inspection tools and integrity programs.

  • Ensure the continued compliance of integrity management processes with US regulations, standards and best practices.

  • Support focus projects related to assigned lines such as DPR removal, audits, failure investigation, engineering assessments, etc.

Who You Are:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering from a recognized university or college.

  • Registration as a Professional Engineer in with APEGA or eligible to register.

  • 6 or more years of related experience.

  • Analytical and decision-making skills which include: capabilities in using computer software, excel spreadsheets and data analysis tools necessary to conduct detailed data analyses.

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to work with internal partners.

Working Conditions:

  • Office based role with occasional travel (less than 5%) to field excavations, industry committees and conferences.
