Education: Bachelor's degree
Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years

Tasks:

1. Prepare estimates of labour and/or material costs
2. Read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings, and specifications
3. Utilize quantity take-off procedures
4. Advise on tendering procedures
5. Liaise, consult, and communicate with engineers, architects, owners, contractors, and subcontractors on changes and adjustments to cost estimates
