Fairview Chrysler is looking to expand their team with a Sales Manager!

We are Burlington's original Chrysler store since 1974, and to continue to exceed our customers expectations, we are seeking a Sales Manager

• Who Is a highly motivated leader • Has previous automotive dealership experience (managerial role preferred) • Has strong communication skills • Demonstrates initiative • Is highly organized • Holds a high regard for customer service

Description of Duties:• Establishing objectives for each member of the sales team and providing support throughout • Facilitate training, coaching and organization of the sales team and all activities related to the sales department • Conduct sales meetings to review results, set targets, and ensure follow up of customers is being completed on all traffic • Review monthly incentives alongside the sales team and insure they are fluent in available programs • Assist the sales team in the closing of deals • Provide exceptional customer service – always looking to fulfill the customer's needs • Maintain strong relationship between all departments at the dealership • Meet and greet customers and assist with their needs when able to •Maintaine strong digital presence of all website contents, Inventory and pricing. Assist with vehicle inventory. Ensuring compliance with OMVIC • Any other duties as assigned by management
