We are currently seeking a qualified Contract Administrator/Support Clerk to join our Energyteam, based out of Edmonton or Calgary, AB . The Contract Administrator will be responsible for providing administrative support to the project team and all functional department members. Supporting daily and longer-term administrative activities.

* Please note this position is not eligible for a relocation subsidy or living out allowance.

  • Responsible for all facets of site administration including; general administration, meeting organization, records maintenance, travel coordination, etc.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality on all aspects of the role.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs of the Construction Manager and the site project team.
  • Support site Field Engineering, Construction, Contracts, Procurement, Project Controls, and the Information Construction Technology (ICT) teams with daily and assigned tasks.
  • Support the Digital Delivery model of the project.
  • Support Workforce Management and planning with the guidance from the Construction team.
  • Maintain and develop rapport with Bantrel Management, clientele and their administrative personnel.
  • Work closely with the Construction Manager and members of the project team.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a contract administrator support role.
  • Previous project experience with knowledge of technical vocabularies and terminology common to the position is a strong asset .
  • Post-secondary education in a Technical orEngineering program is an asset.
  • Interest in Digital Delivery.
  • Tech savvy with experience in SharePoint, adobe, Microsoft office Suite.
  • Excellent multi-tasking and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communications skills.
