Here at Your Neighbourhood Credit Union (YNCU), we are all about putting our money where our mouth is and keeping our dollars local and investing back into our members, staff, and community; The Role*The Business Systems Analyst plays a critical role in the evolution of our technology landscape by supporting the development, integration, and optimization of business and technology initiatives. This position focuses on enhancing organizational efficiency and customer satisfaction through the use of advanced analytical tools, agile methodologies, and robust system integrations. Lead the design and execution of process and journey mapping to enhance user experiences and streamline operations.* Collaborate with product teams to define scope, goals, and deliverables for new product development following agile methodologies.* Drive the implementation and integration of complex systems, ensuring they meet business needs and performance standards.* Conduct detailed business and systems analysis to identify pain points and develop optimization strategies.* Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders, developers, and external partners to ensure clear understanding of project specifications and requirements.* Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including system specifications and project status reports.* Test releases, fixes and upgrades to technology systems supported by the Business Solutions team.* Perform rigorous testing and validation of new systems and features, overseeing the user acceptance testing (UAT) process.* Manage timelines and project deliverables in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities as necessary.* Provide ongoing support and training to users on new systems and features, enhancing adoption and proficiency.* Abide by YNCU policies, procedures, standards, guidelines and practice.* Work safely in accordance with YNCU's Health & Safety Policy, procedures and the Occupational Health and Safety Act as amended from time to time.* YNCU employees get to be a part of the growing credit union movement and help us get the word out on why banking locally is so important.
