Apply now!Location: Calgary, AB | Hybrid | (4 days in the office, 1 day at home)Shifts: Monday to Friday | 8 hours/dayJob type: Full-time | 1-year ContractHere's why you should apply: Free access to our Aspire Academy for continuing professional educationHires fast, pays weekly Vacation pay paid out on each weekly pay cheque Medical and dental benefits once qualified Free training programs Duties and Responsibilities:Lead and participate in process reviews or development and updates to or creation of associated documentation working with stakeholdersParticipate in standards and process creation, reviews, updates, development and documentationDeliver and/or participate in standards, policies or process education and awarenessSuccessfully engage, drive and facilitate multiple initiatives and deliverables simultaneouslyWork independently with users to define concepts or workflows and under direction of project managersDevelop requirements specifications according to standard templates, using natural languageCollaborate with project team members including subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyze trade-offs between usability and performance needsBe the liaison between the project teams, technology teams and support teamsManage and execute on required stakeholder and client engagement across project deliverables to support project plan and scope outlineCollaborate with project team members to progress the project forward as per project plan and scope outlineWork closely with People Readiness team (OCM, Communications, Learning) to help identify / validate stakeholder change impacts, provide technical review of communications and contribute to training curriculum and learning contentManage and participate in Transition to Operations scope and activities for services and/or products built by the project teamElicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, task and workflow analysisCritically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needsProactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements and deliver the following artifacts as needed: functional requirements, use cases, workflow diagrams, and context diagrams.Requirements and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a related field is a must.Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar capacity.Direct working experience or project experience in business areas or functions.Oil &Gas/Energy industry experience is an asset.Experience with SAP S/4 Hana is requiredSource To Pay Experience is required, Procure to Pay knowledge is an asset.Strong understanding of Signavio Tool.Material Management Knowledge is a plus.Strong organizational and relationship-building skills.Highly effective communicator.Demonstrates emotional intelligence, self-awareness, and composure under pressure.Proven ability to work in a team environment with individuals from diverse disciplines.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Proficient in facilitation, negotiation, and influencing without authority.Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
