To ensure the maintenance of equipment and the safety and sanitation of the production and back room areas, as per Company Policy; To respond to any customer inquiries, requests, and complaints, ensuring courteous customer relations at all times; Exceptional customer service skills and a talent for building customer loyalty; Flexibility to work a variety of hours which include days, evenings, night shifts and weekends; Strong financial acumen to deliver outstanding business results; Previous retail, grocery retail or hospitality management experience is an asset.
