About the Company Forge Recruitment is currently searching for an Office Services Clerk to join the busy team of a renowned Surrey-based firm.

About the Role

  • Distribute internal mail, assist with couriers and regular postage, and take registered mail to Canada Post.
  • Replenish and restock various office supplies throughout the office.
  • Maintain general office cleanliness and tidy kitchens and common areas.
  • Assist with service maintenance on office equipment and change printer toners.
  • Provide occasional reception and switchboard relief.
  • Assist with preparation for in-house events and meetings.
  • Responsible for other various office administrative tasks.
