Analyst (Energy Industry)1 year contractHYBRID in Chatham, ON• 1-2 years relevant experience• Bachelor of Commerce/Bachelor of Business Administration• University degree – ideally a Bachelor of Commerce / Bachelor of Business Administration from one of the top business schools: Schulich (York), Ivey (Western), Rotman (Uof T), McGill, UBC, Queens• Moderate to advanced skills with Microsoft Excel.• Knowledge of the energy industry.• Experience working in a supporting role and influencing without authority.• Market research training.• Demonstrated writing skills and the ability to pull insights from a variety of sources into a coherent story.• Demonstrated project management skills and experience in and an understanding of the research process, from proposal through final reporting.• Demonstrated ability to analyze quantitative and qualitative data to extract insights and provide recommendations.• Creative data visualization and reporting skills – ability to develop reports that tell a clear story and help make insights actionable.• Demonstrated ability to build collaborative relationships with various internal and external stakeholders.• Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team and independently.
