The Job:As a Bilingual Remote Outbound Sales Associate, you will place calls to existing and past customers:Making outbound calls, promoting TV, internet, and mobilityBuilding rapport, and creating a great customer experience by asking probing questions and actively listening to the customer's requestPresenting products and services based on the customers' needs, and handling objections by explaining how the services and products will benefit themReview the customers' file to ensure they're receiving the best value for their accountDeveloping relationships with customers, using active listening to empathize, provide solutions and partner with customers on a resolutionDo you have experience working in a customer service sales environment?
