Responsibilities
  1. Plan, design, develop, and implement processes and programs for projects across the pillars of HR including, but not limited to change management, organizational review and design, talent management, performance management, human resource strategy, and policy development
  2. Identify innovative ways to deliver added value to clients; ensure client needs are met and relationships grow and develop
  3. Review, design, and develop high-quality and legislatively compliant deliverables including reports, presentations, and other correspondence
  4. Maintain high-quality control and apply specialized knowledge to anticipate, identify, and address issues or key risks
  5. Collaborate in a team environment to mentor, motivate, and coach other team members
  6. Maintain flexibility to travel, as necessary
Skills and Experience

10+ years of progressively senior HR experience, at least 3 of which are at the director level. HR education and/or equivalent experience. An HR subject matter expert with a diverse breadth of knowledge. Well versed in all the legislations governing and associated with HR (including both the ESA & CLC). Solid grasp on diversity, equity, and inclusion practices. Motivated to be self-directed, and yet committed to working inclusively and collaboratively. Strong project management capabilities. Solid communication and writing skills. Ability and willingness to engage with a diverse set of clients one-to-one, as well as in groups, through all methods (e.g., phone, videoconference, and in-person). Willingness to work in a non-traditional, project-focused environment. Passion for and ability to demonstrate a commitment to our purpose and guiding principles.
