Managing the AR collections process to maintain outstanding receivables at a healthy level Generate month-end balance sheet reconciliations and close process to ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial information. Analyze the monthly P&L activity to ensure accuracy of financial data Prepare monthly financial statements including consolidated P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flows, prepare various internal reports, including but not limited to analysis on budget to actual variances, detailed revenue analysis and profitability analysis, and cash flow management Lead the annual budgeting and planning process to maintain a 3-5 year financial forecast model. Monitor progress and initiate quarterly reforecasting process to capture changes as determined through collaboration with senior leadership Liase with external tax accountants on accurate and timely tax filings with tall Canada and US government agencies Create and maintain all financial policy and process documentation Each year it includes $1,500 in dental coverage and more for prescription drugs, vision, massage, physiotherapy, psychotherapy, and much more.
