- Knowledge of best practices in curriculum, instruction and assessment
- Knowledge of Indigenous perspectives
- Excellent organizational and classroom management skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, students, parents and outside agencies
- Ability to implement technology to support student achievement
