Currently looking for a Maintenance Manager located in Brandon, Manitoba to maintain our rental properties on a regular basis.
- Hardworking and experienced Maintenance Manager able to perform a variety of maintenance duties with skill.
- Must be adept in handling preventative maintenance, basic repairs, cosmetic upkeep, and simple appliance installations, with the ability to handle power tools and some maintenance related machinery. (see descriptions below)
- Must have current valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
- Must have working cell phone and data plan for work orders and tasks.
- Must have the ability/strength to move major appliances in/out of apartments and buildings.

Duties include but not limited to:
- patching drywall & painting walls and trim
- installing doors, shelves, and trim
- replacing doorknobs and/or deadbolts
- replacing/painting damaged door & window trim
- installing and/or repairing flooring
- installing/repairing kitchen cabinets & bathroom vanity cabinets
- tiling & grouting backsplashes
- basic carpentry skills for woodwork repairs
- any other maintenance task as required.
Starting wage/per hour $20 depending on experience and skill. Mileage paid 50 cents per kilometer dump runs, out of town etc.
Full-time work >>> approx. 35+ hours per week depending on repairs/maintenance required. Flexible work schedule.
