Responsibilities:
- Convert inbound, Sales Qualified Leads into closed deals.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing the benefits of our steel buildings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing solutions that align with their requirements.
- Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop sales strategies and achieve sales targets.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to meet or exceed sales quotas.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in sales, with a minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers and build rapport.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a drive to achieve results and exceed expectations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English (verbal and written). Bilingualism is an asset (French)
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
