The Visual Operations Coordinator will focus on overall operational support for the Visual Department, assisting with the setup & execution of our wholesale showrooms and photoshoots. This role reports directly to the Visual Planning & Creative Lead, with the Visual Planning Manager overseeing the department. A Valid passport (est. Head Office (HQ) Manage the reservations & receiving of all wholesale product in HQ (store transfers, samples, showroom reservations, etc.) Support with the implementation of all showroom updates: weekly, based on new samples/general maintenance, and any wholesale tradeshows Full understanding of all product assembly within our current assortment Assist with providing accurate tradeshow inventory counts & communicate result to applicable departments Manage reservations and delivery of product for all projects (showroom, photoshoots, samples) Assist with providing accurate inventory counts & communicate result to applicable departments On-site setup & operational/logistical support for all photoshoots Unpacking, building and placement of all product based on shot list Resetting & cleaning (as necessary) following photoshoot completion, both on-site and in Studio Comprehensive benefits plan (health, dental, vision) with enhanced coverage for mental health resources.
