This role plays a critical part in ensuring accurate and timely revenue recognition and leads planning and execution of integration of acquired companies into the revenue function. The Revenue Supervisor supports development and implementation of standardized processes, key performance indicators (KPIs), and controls and procedure documentation with a shared services mindset. Ensure accurate and timely recording of revenue in accordance with Company policies and procedures. Collaborate with the Integration team, the Accounting team, and business unit finance teams on integration of acquired companies; Ensure improvements in revenue-related policies and procedures and monitor compliance across the organization. Support project delivery including ERP implementation and other automation initiatives, as required. Conduct performance evaluations and provides ongoing feedback to team members. Identify training needs and coordinate training programs to enhance the team's technical and professional skills. University degree or diploma in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field. Solid knowledge of revenue, accounts receivable, and accounting principles. Proficiency in using Workday and Sage software for revenue management. Strong planning and organization skills, including managing and coordinating tasks and project plans. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Bilingual with proficiency, both verbally and written, in English and French is an asset. Acquisition and integration experience.
