As a Server / Beer Guide, You Will
- Greet and receive customers in a welcoming manner
- Maintain a high level of customer service
- Drive sales through engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge
- Provide recommendations based on customer's stated preferences, needs and desires
- Respond to customer questions
- Conduct sales transactions
