Job Duties:
· Supervise and co-ordinate food service staff's activities
· Establish work schedules
· Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
· Involve in the recruitment of food service staff when required
· Train food service workers in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
· Resolve customers' complaints or concerns
· Make sure foods are prepared as customers' request
· Maintain stock and sales, and order ingredients and supplies
Job requirements:
· Experience: 1 ~ 2 years of experience in food preparation or service are required
· Education: Completion of secondary school is required
