Our client, a large company in the healthcare industry, is actively seeking an Executive Assistant to support the President. This position offers a stimulating environment in high-quality executive offices.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the President's professional and personal schedule and various meetings.
- Manage incoming calls for the President.
- Coordinate business travel locally, nationally, and internationally (flight, hotel, restaurant, car rental reservations, etc.).
- Draft, transcribe, and translate various documents.
- Manage meetings on TEAMS.
- Ensure smooth business travel (passports, visas, Nexus, etc.).
- Plan and prepare meetings for the management team (executive meetings, board of directors).
- Manage personal and corporate events (sponsorships, corporate gifts, etc.).
- Ensure proper functioning of meeting rooms in collaboration with the IT department.
- Printing and filing documents.
- Act as a liaison for the President with various departments.
- Perform any other related tasks.
Requirements:
- At least 10 years of experience as an administrative assistant.
- Experience as an executive assistant is an asset.
- Proficiency in the Office 365 suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
- Excellence in preparing presentations and communications.
- Attention to detail and meticulousness.
- Bilingual spoken and written (clients across Canada).
- Able to work 40 hours per week, on-site at the Boucherville office.
