The Opportunity

In this role, you will be provided with a solid onboarding program tobuild up your knowledge and confidence of personal lines insurance. Thisincludes working in our very own Duliban Academy and utilizing companyresources to get the training you need. Once you are a licensed insurancebroker, you will move into a service role where you will be responsible formanaging the client experience.

The best part? You don't need previous insuranceexperience for this role. We will facilitate your RIBO licensing and trainyou to be a successful member of our team.

PrimaryResponsibilities

• Conduct policychanges and endorsements for clients
• Answer incomingcalls and welcome clients who visit our office in person
• Assist clients withreporting claims to the insuring company
• Respond to carrierrequests for information on existing policies
• Able to complete anITV on system for property policies
• Use an ARS system toprovide quotes to insureds
• Process clientpayments and assist with billing inquiries
• Sign applicationswith clients as arranged and communicate any discrepancies
• Work closely with otherdepartments to service client requests
