Do you foster long-term player development? Create a safe and fun environment for Hotspurs players to play the game of soccer; Plan and execute all team practices and attend all games; Contribute to the positive development of players' skills through appropriate training and technical guidance; Understand and follow the Club's philosophy, rules, and policies; Enforce the Club Codes of Conduct & Ethics and the Club Discipline Policy; Timely, attentive, safety conscious, consistently meets/exceeds administrative deadlines and is committed to fulfilling all duties of their role. Engaging: Comfortable and confident, the ability to provide instruction of technical soccer skills and mentorship to young players.
