Job Overview:

We are seeking a talented Sous Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will assist the Head Chef in managing kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food preparation, and maintaining a smooth workflow.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the Head Chef to plan and create innovative menus
- Oversee kitchen staff and coordinate food production activities
- Ensure food quality meets established standards and complies with food safety regulations
- Assist in managing inventory, ordering supplies, and controlling food costs
- Train and mentor kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Help develop new recipes and suggest menu improvements
