Your Role:

Choose your own adventure! Let's talk about how your skills, experience, goals, and passions can find a home at JLR. Your role will include:

  1. Working directly with civil engineers and other discipline team members as part of an integrated project team to improve roads, sanitary and storm sewers, watermains, and active transportation infrastructure and to create innovative and integrated streetscapes.
  2. Working with an established, multidisciplinary, integrated technical team of engineers, technologists, and support staff to develop solutions for municipal infrastructure, carry out studies, and provide services during construction.
  3. Participating in the preparation of proposals, reports, specifications, and budget estimates.
  4. Communicating effectively with clients, contractors, and other project stakeholders.
  5. Preparing site plans, roadways, grading, stormwater management, underground infrastructure, and utilities servicing designs.
  6. Assisting lead stakeholders in the consultation processes and navigating policy and regulatory standards.
  7. Applying a rigorous sustainability and climate change adaptation and mitigation lens to infrastructure work that is undertaken across various sectors.
