Boasting a unique global footprint, GTB's comprehensive suite of innovative banking solutions help our business clients generate operational efficiencies, streamline and simplify payments, improve working capital performance, and mitigate financial risk.Purpose Contributes to the overall success of Scotiabank's Global Transaction Banking (GTB) team by promoting and delivering client-centric cash management solutions. In partnership with client relationship teams, the senior manager provides expert advice directly to corporate/commercial clients by leading journey mapping sessions and/or deep dive sessions. The sessions lead to cash management product recommendations or customization to help drive client primacy. Being an advisor, expert and thought leader to our commercial/corporate client base Build deep understanding of Scotia's core cash management product solutions to ensure effective knowledge delivery, idea generation, and solutioning to clients Provide trends and best practices advice in helping clients transform and automate their treasury and cash management functions using Scotiabank products & services Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (sales, product, digital payments, operations, and technology) to deliver client solutions and enhance client experiences 7 years of experience in cash management with an emphasis on Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) & Treasury Management Software (TMS) integrations ~ Fluent in Spanish (both written and spoken) is necessary in order to delivery virtual client engagements in the bank's LATAM markets ~ High-level understanding of technical architecture of banking services ~ Have an intrinsic curiosity about how various industries use banking services ~ Ability to provide industry-leading advice to clients and partners to help inform strategic decisions ~ That's why we work to grow and diversify talent and engage employees in a performance-oriented culture.
