We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Coordinator to join our team and drive our digital marketing efforts, with a primary focus on social media management, digital marketing, and SharePoint administration. The ideal candidate will be passionate about leveraging digital channels to enhance brand visibility, engage with our audience, and drive business growth. The Marketing Coordinator is committed to promoting the Group of Companies brand using various marketing strategies and is responsible to develop the associated creative materials and analysing the efficacy of those strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Social Media Management: Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement across relevant platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, TIKTOK). Create compelling content, including posts, graphics, and videos, to share our products, services, and company culture. Monitor social media channels for trends, conversations, and opportunities to engage with our audience effectively. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of social media efforts with overall marketing objectives.
- Content Creation and Management : Develop and curate content for various digital channels, including websites, blogs, email newsletters, and social media platforms. Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines, messaging strategies, and SEO/SEM objectives. Track content performance metrics and use insights to refine content strategies and optimize engagement.
- Brand Management: Oversee the development and maintenance of the company's brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels and materials. Collaborate with internal teams to develop brand positioning, messaging, and value propositions that resonate with target audiences. Monitor brand perception and sentiment and implement strategies to enhance brand reputation and loyalty. Develop in-house reception and/or instructional videos. Develop and maintain all sales literature and other marketing information as required, including brochures and manuals. Develop internal and external promotional content and programs. Organize all aspects of marketing for trade shows (including strategy, displays, signage and any other required materials.
Skills/Abilities:
- High level of proficiency in proofreading and editing including excellent grammar and spelling.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content for diverse audiences.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven recommendations.
- Creative thinker with a passion for staying updated on industry trends and emerging digital marketing technologies.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing manufacturing environment.
- Keen understanding and genuine passion for culture and trends across both truck body and aviation industries.
- Strong understanding of web analytics and the ability to use market research strategically to enhance communications to target audiences.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and on own initiative.
- Commitment to working with shared leadership and in cross-functional teams.
Job Knowledge or Work Experience:
- 2-4 years of relevant Marketing
- Sales and E-Commerce
- Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on social media management, and SharePoint administration.
- Microsoft Windows OS and PC, Android
- Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite, and the like.
- Proficient in photography and imagery creation, video and photos, digital media formats and HTML.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, SEO principles, and content management systems.
- Ability to listen and communicate concisely and effectively.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Physical Demands and Working Conditions:
- Work in both an office and manufacturing environment
- Occasional lifting required
- Wears all required PPE
- Regular working schedule, 8-5pm M-T, 8-4 Friday - day shift

- Possess valid Passport and be available, and able to travel.
