We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to fill a dual role within our team. This position requires Data mapping activities to create a new catalog for a banking front end application.
What you will be doing:
- Work collaboratively with Business Analysts (BAs) and application developers to understand the data flow for new catalog entries in the Banking Front-End Applications Service.
- Analyze and map data elements between CRS and client services, ensuring accurate and efficient data flow.
- Document the data mapping process using established templates and tools.
- Create and maintain artifacts such as data element definitions, data dictionary entries, and API specifications.
- Understand relational database concepts and how data is structured within the system.
- Analyze APIs associated with data services, including request/response structures and data attributes.
- Identify the source of data elements and track changes to data definitions.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years as a BSA
- Experience working with data definition and data elements.
- Strong technical writing skills with the ability to create clear and concise documentation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Experience with data catalogs, data dictionaries, and data attributes is a plus.
- Familiarity with relational databases and APIs is a plus.
- Experience in the financial services industry is a plus.
