We are currently looking for a Store Supervisor for our Dix30 branch on a permanent part-time basis. You must be available to work variable day, evening and weekend shifts.
Main Responsibilities:
- Supervise customer service and manage customer complaints.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager and Manager Assistant.
- Communicate and implement sales objectives and strategies to employees.
- Ensure the proper functioning of store operations: ensure compliance with follow-ups and priorities, supervise staff and assign tasks to employees.
- Perform employee training and participate in the hiring process and the welcoming and integration program.
- Participate in the performance evaluation process and disciplinary files.
- Perform openings and closings.
- Contribute to the management and planning of schedules.
- Ensure the prevention and management of health and safety at work.
- Participate in the planning, the progress of the preparation and the verification of inventories, as well as the supply and shortages of goods.
- Perform other related duties.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in a similar position.
- Leadership and strong customer orientation.
- Ability to communicate effectively and take initiatives.
- Ability to manage staff.
- Knowledge of retail and artistic materials, assets.
- Be available to workdays, evenings and weekends.
