Responsibilities:
As a member of the customer service team, the Customer Service Representative brings expertise by:
- Taking orders for all our divisions;
- Providing outstanding customer service in addition to playing an advisory role to customers;
- Following up with customers/sellers on order reception and invoicing;
- Being solutions-oriented to contribute to the pursuit of our mission of excellence;
- Establishing pricing for certain products;
- Suggesting substitute products to satisfy the customer.
Requirements:
To perform well, you must:
- Be a quick learner who is sharp-minded and adaptable;
- Be motivated by a large quantity of orders and able to work quickly;
- Be a team player who thrives on challenges - because together, we're stronger!
- Be able to communicate well in English AND French (advanced level);
- Have a natural aptitude for sales and a passion for customer service;
- Be comfortable working with computers.
