Your Role

As our Invoicing Specialist, you will be responsible for performing invoices for our customers and complete inter-company billing. You will report to the Operational Revenue Care Supervisor. 

Your Responsibilities

• You will perform credit checks and promptly resolve missing credit approvals to ensure a timely billing processes
• Complete customer billing and handle our overseas transactions
• Verify outstanding costs or revenue for accounting tasks
• Address billing requests from other departments, including additional charges and missing backup documents required by customers
• Review and correct customer-claimed incorrect invoices.

Your Skills and Experiences

• Preferred Degree/Diploma in International Business, Finance, Transportation, Logistics, Commerce, Administration or a related fields
• 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience
• Strong knowledge of finance and profit loss statements
• Operational knowledge of Microsoft Excel
